Refund policy

Due to the hygenic nature of DoctorVox US products, there are absolutely no refunds unless the product is defective upon shipping.

If your product is defective, please contact us with the order number and picture of defective product within 10 days of receiving shipment. We will review and reply with a return shipping label. Once we’ve received your return, you will receive a full refund.
